FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLANS:

SHIPPING / RETURNS ON OFFERS.
We offer global shipping using UPS or EMS Japan Post, on accepted offers the shipping will be standard two week shipping by default and where necessary will ship neck-off. We do not accept returns on offers.
PAYMENT ON OFFERS:
Must be within 24 hours of acceptance. This is to prevent non-serious buyers from wasting our time.
RETURNS ON NEW STOCK;
If returned due to personal preference or financial issues on customers part, a restocking fee will be charged as outlined below. If returned due to defect we will refund in full after inspection is complete as outlined below.
REPAIRS / DAMAGE OR DEFECT CLAIMS
If repairs are required we will cover them once the problem has been diagnosed and evidence is provided to verify / authenticate a claim for repair, defect or damage.
We will then reimburse repair costs. This only applies to items under shop or manufacturer warranty
NB. Damaged or defective goods: Damage / defect on arrival must be documented, photographed along with packaging and within 24 hours of receipt or opening of package, in order to file a claim. We will work with you to get either a repair fee paid, a partial refund, or negotiate a return for a full refund or exchange.
RESTOCKING FEES
We charge a uniform $130 restocking fee on items returned due to personal preferences or financial errors. There is no restocking fee for return of defective items.
VINTAGE INSTRUMENTS:
Flight / Climate change can affect the set up of any guitar so to that end we cannot guarantee that an instrument will arrive with the set up described.
You may need to allow a bit of time for an instrument to acclimatize and you may need to make adjustments to get it set up optimally at your end.
We do not pay for truss adjustment / bridge adjustment or set up fees. If the instrument is not setting up because of a technical fault see our return / repair policy abov
