Bacchus WL4DX AC Blue Oil
From Bacchus' mid market made in Japan, craft series, this beauty competes with the higher end hand made series in terms of sound and playability.
Materials, hardware and finish are not quite as refined as the hand made series, but are still excellent nonetheless. Case in point, three pc body instead of two pc, oem hardware instead of Gotoh high end, rocklite fretboard instead of ebony.
For the money (roughly $500 less than hand made series) these are incredible and come highly recommended for the discerning pro or enthusiast.
Playability is beyond brilliant and sound is crisp and punchy.
